Patrick and Bob tackle the Supreme Court hearings on 303 Creative, the Colorado based website design company that refused to create a same-sex wedding webpage due to the owner's religious belief. The state of Colorado insists that people should be forced to say, create, or present anything that someone wants them to--which is massive violation of the First Amendment.

As Anthony Fauci retires from the Federal government, he faces deposition by state Attorneys General over government collusion with social media giants as well as Big Media, to stifle free speech. California passed new law that could take away doctors' medical license to practice medicine if they talk to patients about things that don't reflect the "consensus"  of medical opinion. Who determines the consensus? The government and Big Pharma, of course. 

Patrick and Bob discuss a true challenge to the freedom of religion and of speech that comes from the House and Senate "Respect for Marriage Act." Hidden behind the language of "pro same-sex marriage" is the meat of the bill, which would rob all persons of their right to reject same sex marriage requests based upon the teachings of their faith. Also written into the bill was "pro interracial-marriage" language, which is wholly unnecessary because interracial-marriage is, and has been for many decades, without challenge of any kind. The authors of the bill are simply looking to brand believers in one-man, one-woman marriage as racists for opposing interracial marriage protections written into the bill.

On this weeks edition of Stand and Deliver, Patrick and Bob discuss the impact of Rumble’s decision to surrender all revenues generated in one country that tried to force them into censoring content. As such Rumble is no longer available in France, and the hope is that this type of courage in the face of suppression of speech spreads!

An important article by Stephen Moore spotlights the threat to our First Amendment liberties in the name of what is actually "scientism" and fraudulent attempts to declare Big Pharma's answer to Covid 19 an unmitigated success, defying all research to the contrary.

Pat & Bob talk about how the European Parliament passed a law that mandates how social media must censor anti-narrative speech on things like the pandemic, medical treatment, global warming, globalist policies, etc. Violators can be forced to pay huge fines. Thus, even if we can stop the censorship collusion between our government and Big Tech, there is nothing we can do to stop the European Union.
