  • Episode 45 -303 Creative in hands of the Supreme Court

    Patrick and Bob tackle the Supreme Court hearings on 303 Creative, the Colorado based website design company that refused to create a same-sex wedding webpage due to the owner's religious belief. The state of Colorado insists that people should be forced to say, create, or present anything that someone wants them to--which is massive violation of the First Amendment.


    Also up for discussion is a new statute in the state of New York that allows the state to punish what it defines as "hate speech" online. The law expressly prohibits speech that someone may consider to be abusive or hateful--despite the fact that such language is protected by the First Amendment. Even worse, the law requires the owner of the websites to condemn such speech and provide an outlet for visitors to complain about it, which also violates compelled speech laws.

    Finally, Patrick shares his own personal experience with disenfranchisement in the recent Arizona elections. Freedom is truly under attack when Americans cannot count on having their votes counted as they try and make changes to governments that may be failing them.

  • Episode 43 - Fauci Faces deposition over Gov’t/Media collusion

    As Anthony Fauci retires from the Federal government, he faces deposition by state Attorneys General over government collusion with social media giants as well as Big Media, to stifle free speech. California passed new law that could take away doctors' medical license to practice medicine if they talk to patients about things that don't reflect the "consensus"  of medical opinion. Who determines the consensus? The government and Big Pharma, of course.

  • Episode 42 - Freedom of religion attacked with Respect for Marriage Act.

    Patrick and Bob discuss a true challenge to the freedom of religion and of speech that comes from the House and Senate "Respect for Marriage Act." Hidden behind the language of "pro same-sex marriage" is the meat of the bill, which would rob all persons of their right to reject same sex marriage requests based upon the teachings of their faith. Also written into the bill was "pro interracial-marriage" language, which is wholly unnecessary because interracial-marriage is, and has been for many decades, without challenge of any kind. The authors of the bill are simply looking to brand believers in one-man, one-woman marriage as racists for opposing interracial marriage protections written into the bill.


    Then Patrick gives us the lowdown on the federal government's attempts to purchase spyware in order to spy on virtually every aspect of every American's life, dependent upon the whims and wishes of the algorithm writers as to what "events" and "terms" they wish to flag.

  • Episode 41 - Rumble sets the standard for social media companies protecting the first amendment.

    On this weeks edition of Stand and Deliver, Patrick and Bob discuss the impact of Rumble’s decision to surrender all revenues generated in one country that tried to force them into censoring content. As such Rumble is no longer available in France, and the hope is that this type of courage in the face of suppression of speech spreads!


    Additionally, Patrick sounds the alarm on a bizarre alliance between the Rockefellers, George Soros, the Biden Administration and Hungary, in what appears to be a multi-national effort to control speech and information.

  • Episode 40 -Journalists arrested for not disclosing whistleblower

    Last week's victory parade was short-lived, as the forces opposed to the First Amendment appear to have re-grouped started new attacks. Among the topics covered this week:


    -A federal judge has locked up the two leaders of "True the Vote" who did the important work investigating voter fraud in the movie "2000 Mules". Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips are charged with contempt of court for not revealing the name of the source that tipped them off about electoral computer fraud and the exposure of personal information of millions of American voters to Chinese hackers. This one is a huge blow to freedom of the press, among other issues.

    -The FBI source who contacted Facebook executives and demanded that they sit on the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020 is now in charge of the federal oversight of "misinformation and disinformation" in online arenas.

    -The government "disinformation board" that was supposedly scrapped after public outcry is back in operation by a different name, and is also being run by federal agents who collude and collaborate with the left wing social media executives.

    -And the "new" Twitter that celebrates free speech and allows all opinions may not be quite as advertised. Some questionable personnel decisions by new CEO Elon Musk have conservative Twitter users concerned that the new boss might be "same as the old boss."

  • Episode 38 - Free Speech Attacked By ”Consensus” of Science

    It's a tactic as old as time itself, dating at least back to the Middle Ages: Elites claiming that science is settled, and silencing all dissenting voices on that basis. Patrick and Bob discuss the use of scientific consensus to censor free speech, this time in the area of pandemics and "health emergencies." An important article by Stephen Moore spotlights the threat to our First Amendment liberties in the name of what is actually "scientism" and fraudulent attempts to declare Big Pharma's answer to Covid 19 an unmitigated success, defying all research to the contrary.


    We also discuss the latest on the JCPA, or the media cartel act, which would effectively allow giant media corporations to band together and shut out smaller publications, may of which are more grounded in facts rather than left wing propaganda. First Amendment defenders on Capitol Hill remain divided on the issue for some reason, and Senator Mike Lee is the latest to try and bring clarity as to the danger of this bill.

  • Episode 37 - European Union Drives Censorship In United States

    Pat & Bob talk about how the European Parliament passed a law that mandates how social media must censor anti-narrative speech on things like the pandemic, medical treatment, global warming, globalist policies, etc. Violators can be forced to pay huge fines. Thus, even if we can stop the censorship collusion between our government and Big Tech, there is nothing we can do to stop the European Union.
