I had a pretty full on weekend with a heap of stuff on but the highlight was SAMT league. 4 fighters stepped up to reptile gym, so to I break down some fights and I talk about  my relationships with each fighter, cornering, and have an awesome team there.

On todays episode i have a chat about finding something that drives you into what ever you want to do. I talk a little bit about SAMTL this weekend and what it can be like for a fighter the few days before and the annoying things non fighters say that an get on ya nerves the last few days.
