Let’s face it. Most of us struggle with worrying about what other people think, and keeping up a good image. Sometimes though, left unchecked, it can lead to a hard path, and hidden choices. Jernise walks us from her happy childhood through her conflicted and transformational thirties…with choices she never thought she would make, and trials she never thought she would face. Her loving God gently transformed her, from the inside out, and kept her, all along the way. And today, she stands strong, in her own shoes, with her little daughter hand-in-hand.
