Our XO is introduced and heads down to Rikyu to try to gather information from the governor and their staff, while the Chief Medical Officer works triage on those injured by the beast's attack. Meanwhile our Captain gets his hands dirty in engineering, until the science team uncovers details on the monsters from Star Fleet records. The situation becomes more dire as the crew press forward with their investigations, and betrayals lead to deadly encounters.
