Devyn Mccheyne joined Starbucks in 2012 as a barista in Winnipeg, Manitoba. From her early beginnings juggling work and school, Devyn knew that she wanted to grow within Starbucks as a career. Throughout the last decade, she's lived in 2 other provinces, and held 7 different roles within store and support departments. Kathleen Cook is the senior admin of the Product & Marketing Organization, Finance and Business Transformation teams at Starbucks Canada. She started as a store manager in 1996 and throughout her journey, she has held 10 different roles to date in a variety of functions. Today, we focus on her current role as a senior admin to give partners a glimpse into this role, and the key skills required to succeed.
