Okay so it's not only about being addicted to penis but I just like to spell it that way.

I talk about addiction to everyday things that we all really think aren't "addicting" like relationships (co-dependency), food, coffee, sex, social media/likes, etc. and I talk about the 12-Steps from AA and how it pertains.

Saying goodbye hurts. I usually Irish Goodbye everything. But you cant Irish Goodbye a relationship.. you can't move forward through the front door of life and purpose without closing that backdoor... and I'm not talking about your butthole.

It's 11pm and I'm just going off the top of my head... which are usually the truest episodes. 

Meditation is a word a lot of people run from because.. well it can be hard AF. But being in control of your thoughts is like soooooo in. You should totes listen in on how to do it. :)
