How this podcast works:

There are three permanent hosts for each episode, Adam (Smash Ads), Alice and Miguel (Middleman). There are also two other guests who are selected at random from a list of possible guests for the episode. However, the same people can't appear in any other podcast episode until all of the guests have been gone through.

In summary; 5 people overall, 3 perma, 2 randomised but not repeated.

There will also be two sections of the podcast. The first half is us talking about random topics while during the second half, we answer questions from STARS audience members.
