Welcome Soulstars! In today’s episode (episode 4) we are speaking on the page of swords in the minor arcana of tarot in its relation to our Inner Child – some keywords that this tarot card represents: curiosity, intelligence, wit, honesty, independence, clash with authority.
The page of swords is a clever, witty youth with a natural curiosity and inquisitive nature. He is in the process of developing his own ideas and beliefs and may frequently clash with authority over differences of opinion. The youth’s independent ideas and curious spirit should be encouraged and nurtured rather than invalidated as should our childhood thoughts, ideas and emotions.
The Inner child is a part of ourselves that’s been present ever since we were conceived. The inner child can often recall good experiences, as well as childhood fears, traumas, neglect and significant loss. The inner child can present itself in adulthood as if operating in the lens of our younger self. You may be feeling insecure, inadequate, unlovable or alone. These feelings are so painful, that you may have discovered dysfunctional ways to ignore, deny, defend or even numb the ache within. Listen in to unpack this topic with us, as we discuss our own personal inner child wounds with strategies to not only overcome this area of your life, but view it in a positive light.
