“And then, I take a deep breath and reconnect to my heart and remember my why, actually my multiple why's. And then I listen to the universe and she reminds me and tells me that I declared I am a courage Coach, so I am tapping into my courage. I am being put in multiple situations where I come to better understand what courage means to me, what courage in action looks like. Then, there are even louder confirmations…” 

This is very vulnerable and raw episode where the tickle in the back of my throat, throughout the entire episode inspires me to share from the depths of my heart in this very moment. Maneuvering through my current mountain ridge, invitations that take 5 minutes or less to try on to reconnect with yourself, your mountain ridge and not giving up.
