While Traeger has become Jeremy’s most successful growth story, it isn’t his first. He joined start-up Skullcandy in 2005 with 4 employees and less than $1m in sales. Under his leadership, Skullcandy disrupted the headphone and wearable electronic space, growing into a $300m public company. Jeremy was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016, MountainWest Capital Network Utah Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017, and was inducted into the Utah Technology Council Hall of Fame in 2018. Jeremy received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and B.A. from Brigham Young University. He lives in Salt Lake City with his wife Kristin and their six children. In this Episode we talked about what Enjoying the Journey truly means. Jeremey talks about Ups & Downs, Risk Vs. Reward, and fully embracing individual growth.

Shelby Miller is the founder of RUMA Medical Aesthetics. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a doctorate degree from Gonzaga University. Shelby is a skilled cosmetic injector and well known in the medical aesthetic industry for producing natural, transformative results. Shelby is a national trainer and has educated hundreds of medical providers in the aesthetic community. She founded RUMA Training and conducts many private one-on-one trainings. Shelby also trains nationally for the industry-leading company Galderma. Shelby is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a positive and outgoing personality. She is continually trying to learn, grow, and improve her aesthetic skills. Shelby attends industry conferences and training as often as possible. She loves working in this industry and has a passion for helping her patients become the best form of themselves. Shelby takes pride in treating her patients with kindness, inclusivity, and respect.

Charlie Bird is an award-winning author, podcaster, therapist, and social media influencer based in Utah. He is known for playing the role of Cosmo the Cougar at Brigham Young University from 2016-2018, where he received national acclaim for his dance performances and viral mascot videos. Bird was born and raised in Southwest Missouri, and served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Redlands, California. He “bleeds blue,” holding two undergraduate degrees from BYU, as well as a Master’s in Social Work. Charlie is passionate about bridging the gap between LGBTQ+ and religion, evident by his frequent work nonprofit organizations and weekly involvement with the ‘Questions from the Closet’ podcast. When he isn’t writing, speaking, or advocating, Charlie can be found hiking the Wasatch mountains, traveling with friends, or tumbling at local gymnastics gyms.
