Andrew Pincock is an avid entrepreneur who has started, bought, and built over a dozen companies, selling a few along the way. He's currently heading up Clickmatize, a lead generation business, and Ampry, a marketing software company. AP grew up in Maryland and has lived in France and Russia. He graduated from Brigham Young University in Economics and Accounting and moved back to Utah in 2008. He enjoys reading (mostly classics, psychology, philosophy, science, and business books!) and is trying to keep up with his 9 kids.

This was such a fun episode. Cameron Treu is the Founder and Owner of Bam Bams BBQ. He’s had a job since he was 14 years old, and after his LDS mission he gravitated toward all things sales: cars, hot tubs, pool tables, RVs, alarm systems, you name it. After nine years, he and his best friend Andrew opened C&D Marketing, where they took their door-knocking skills and built teams to generate leads for local insurance agencies. But when Treu saw BBQ on TV, everything changed. He sold his half of the marketing company and dove in tongs first. In his first three years of cooking, he did everything from sell BBQ, design BBQ, cook BBQ, teach people how to cook BBQ, compete professionally in BBQ, become a Grand Champion in BBQ, move to Austin, Texas to learn from the king of BBQ John Lewis, to finally come back to Utah in 2013 to open Bam Bams BBQ. And today? His shop in Orem has become a local legend.

Sid Krommenhoek is the founder and general partner at Album VC, an early stage Venture Capital Firm focused on software start-ups throughout the US. Prior to VC Sid started four start-ups, most recently founding Zinch.com an online portal connecting students globally with their opportunities and higher education. When Zinch was acquired by Chegg, Sid led Chegg's initial efforts through an IPO in 2013.

Nafe was born and raised in the island of Tonga 🇹🇴. In June 2011, Nafe moved to the United States of America seeking a better opportunity. In 2018 he became an entrepreneur as a Master Celebrity Barber. He went on to create multiple six-figure businesses and discovered a love for positive psychology, focusing on individual growth as well as business growth. Throughout his experiences, Nafe has learned that in order to elevate our businesses we must first elevate ourselves.
