Starting Right

My one true television addiction is The Curse of Oak Island.  The name is rather dramatic and ominous but the show is about  two brothers and their the search for fabled buried treasure on Oak Island just off the eastern coast of Canada.  It is fun to think of finding buried treasure, especially if it were pirate treasure.  While this hunt for buried treasure may or may not produce great results, we do know that there is a treasure that will guarantee tremendous results in our lives and we don't even have to guess where it is.  It is right in front of us.  Listen today to hear about this great treasure for us.

I sometimes think that there must be more than just one pandemic we are dealing with.  I am sure that there is a 'LOS' pandemic as well.  You know what I mean,  a Lack Of Sleep, pandemic.  In fact I am sure that LOS is affecting more people than any other.  Today we talk about how to deal with LOS and hopefully find a restful sleep.

Today is Music Monday and we feature the song , Covered,  released by Planetshakers back in 2014.  The song reminds us that no matter what our past is like, no matter how we have failed and fallen short,  the Grace of God is there to cover us and help us.

Today we look at one of the well-know Old Testament stories about a woman who had come to the end of all hope.  Her husband was dead, her children were about to be taken from her and she had nothing. Nothing but a little oil.  It is amazing what God can do with just a little.
