It's all about priorities. Lack of time is merely an excuse. Everyone gets equal time.

Most people who talk about “balance” don’t have a balance problem. They have a goals + planning + execution problem.

It’s less about balance and more about doing more of what needs to be done to get the result you want. Call it “work hard, play hard” or whatever else you like.

When it comes to #insecurities – severity matters. No one is perfect, and loving someone means taking the good with the bad. Moderate levels of #insecurity in a man can be managed for a happy, #healthyrelationship. If the guy you’re #dating is worth it, knowing how to deal with his insecurity will be vital for your longevity as a couple.

By definition, insecure people are those who are lacking confidence and doubting their own abilities or if other people really like them.

Most women have found themselves caught up in toxic, #unhealthyrelationships with insecure men. If you've missed the signs of insecurity in a guy, the following scenarios probably sound familiar:

He has no outside friends or interests; thinks you still have feelings for your ex; tells you he loves you right away; needs constant validation; jealous of your friends; checks your phone; smothers you with attention and gifts; or thinks you're being unfaithful.

Unfortunately, #insecuremen are everywhere. And if the man you're falling in love with does most, or all, of those things, he's probably one of them (sorry!).

So, can you have a happy relationship with an insecure man? Absolutely. Your chances are good if his insecurity is mild. Always remember though, the success of the #partnership is more on him and his decisions than it is on you. If he can recognize insecurity within himself and work through his fears (with you as his supporter) the odds of the two of you finding long-lasting fulfillment are excellent.

Episode 20: Why you should always run TOWARDS YOUR FEARS not AWAY FROM THEM.

At one time or another we are all called to leave the safety of our homes, the certainty of what we know, the illusions of who we are.

Not everyone will heed this call, of course. And those who do will risk losing themselves completely.

But if we choose to ignore the invitation, we risk never knowing who we might have become. We risk dying without knowing what it is to live.

Don’t be pushed around by the fears in your mind. Be led by the dreams in your heart.

Being fearless isn’t being 100% not fearful, it’s being terrified but you jump anyway.

When you’re fearless, you take more risks because you’re less conscious of failure or what can go wrong.

Face your fears and doubts, and new worlds will open to you. Your only limit is you. Be brave and fearless.

Episode 19: Why we must avoid leading SUPERFICIAL LIVES in favor of attaining MEANING and PURPOSE.

When we observe the world as it is today, it is clear that many people have fallen into the cycle of material pursuits that carry little to no meaning in their lives.

As a result, there is something known as the numbing of the soul, where a person can no longer distinguish that which is superficial from that which carries true purpose.

Instead of merely pursuing wealth and appearances, we must aim to harbor meaningful relationships, acquire useful knowledge and engage in professions that enrich the lives of others.

It is through helping others that we are truly able to help ourselves, and it is true genuine and mutual relationships with people, that we clearly define who we are.

Burberry, Louis Vuitton and Gucci are beautiful, yet there is more to life.

Episode 18: Always make sure you have a FULL PROOF way of getting PAID.

People can be tricky when it comes to paying their bills and debts.

Many attempt to flake off or disappear, hoping that this person they are indebted to suddenly forgets about that which is owed.

The truth is, any good professional does not forget, and not only that, but intelligent professionals make certain that they employ methods that assure they receive their payment correctly.

This is done by implementing the upfront method, where you ask clients to pay you up front before servicing them, or with the implementation and signing of a contract.

If you are protected by the law, then you are generally safe, and if you have received 100% of your fee beforehand, then you are certainly safe.

This cannot be truer than in the case of professionals who work in the service industry.

We have dealt first hand with people who seek to be legitimate and trustworthy, only to realize that they are fakers and fraudsters. Do not make our mistake.

Be smart, be safe, and most of all, never be too timid to ask for what is rightfully yours.
