Our third episode is dedicated to the PhD sport management student experience. Jennifer Gellock provided some valuable experience on her initial phases of the job search: how she decides if she'll apply for a job, involvement of VCU faculty in deciding and applying, and how she learns more about institutions who have posted positions.
