We’ve been slipping for a minute but we haven’t forgot about you. Soft Money and Serg get back on it before the end of the pile of dog shit that is known as 2016. This episode is super heavy on the Baton Rouge because there is a shitload of dope music coming from there and pretty much all Serg listens to for the last few months. It’s been a while so we broke you off with a long joint but jammed 21 tracks in there.

Stay Hatin is back after a few months off. Soft Money and Serg been busy with things called life but now they are back to what really matters, playing rap songs on the internet! Soft Money jumps face first into some Chance songs that Serg finds too positive but if smiles aren’t your thing don’t worry there are songs about guns and drugs as well as some good old racial unity and hating on Trump. They also talk about trading cards and KTVU news anchor Frank Somerville’s love of Clyde Carson’s music.

Hitting you off with a very special Stay Hatin that you’ll want to listen to with the whole family. Soft Money brings a  gun school and Serg is addicted to caffeine pills. How will they cope this time? Naturally by dedicating an entire show to Project Pat. This is clocking just under two hours and we don’t even get to play all the Pat songs we like. This is the part were you learn from the very special episode and go find your own favorite Project Pat songs. Anyways it was fun to run through a bunch of Pat songs and if you don’t like it you’re lame.

Stay Hatin is back! Yeah we know, things got slow in 2015 but we’re back for 2016. We got some things in the works for the new year but first we hit you off with a new show of rap music and blabbering. Soft Money asks you the listener to provide some input like who brought that KEY! song and can you name the most interesting monotone rapper because we couldn’t do it on the spot.  Anyways peeps the show and pay attention. We got more stickers and a zine in the works, well Serg says he does, he just needs to finish it. It’s going to be small to the point with a focus on rap music you should own.

Stay Hatin this week was recorded a while back but we’re just getting around to posting it because we’ve so busy with preparing for the holiday season here at the Stay Hatin headquarters. For this episode Stay Hatin is back at the All Day Play studios. DJ Ammbush come through to hang out for a bit and talk about some things he’s been doing as well as discuss random Phoenix rap scene related topics. He also comes through and drops some new shit from the Jealous Guys project that he’s fucking with. They’ve been chilling for a bit but now they got some new shit coming out. Soft Money complains about paying for records of tapes and the weirdness of instagram foot fetish accounts which inspires Serg to play a song just because Eightball compares a woman’s butt to a potato with dents.

This week we have a very special episode of Stay Hatin’. Don’t worry this isn’t the one where we try to save Soft Money from abusing diet pills, instead this episode was recorded in a Brooklyn so we’ve got some new guests on the show. Skinny Friedmen and Tom Delay join us to talk nonsense about rap music. Well really they just join Serg. We had some difficulties with mics going in and out so some shit got cut but a lot cool rap songs got played and we learn about things like Skinny wants to be a UFC fighter and catch a domestic abuse charge, Tom is overly positive, and San Francisco is stupid place to order a Stella. As usual links at the bottom for the joints but also we plan on getting back to our normal schedule and pumping out shows on the regular. Life sucks but rap sucks just a little less so we’ll try to share more of it.

Episode 84

Stay Hatin’ is LATE! Yeah this episode was actually recorded almost a month ago but things happen, like you open up the audio to edit it and there is only 10 seconds of audio showing. Fortunately I was able to recover the shit and finally found some time to edit it. The next show is actually already recorded too, just need to do some thangs but that should be coming in a bit too. Summer has been nuts but yeah we’re gonna get back on the steady playing rap songs shit. This episode is just Serg and Soft Money. It includes even more Soft Money complaining about streaming services and algorithms so that’s exciting.

The Stay Hatin Mob is back! We’re cookin in the kitchen again. This episode features no Soft Money but don’t wet those pretty eyes internets because in this episode Serg is joined by Michelle who founded the PR company Audible Treats. We’ve been trying to get her on the show for a minute because talking to dudes can be a rap circle jerk. She drops all kinds of knowledge like the lack of cute rappers (ASAP Rocky’s bone structure gets props from her tho), Jessica Simpson makes bank on clothes, Carlos Santana has a shoe line, we reminisce over T-Pain’s app, tells us what scud books are and why she loves them, THE KREAYSHAWN KONSPIRACY, Florida still exists, and Bill Maher has BEATS. This one has a lot of talking, it’s been edited down but yeah just eleven rap songs so if you don’t like talking you don’t like yourself.
