Frank starts the third hour with denunciations for the week. He then talks about his crazy evening schedule. He finishes with the hour with the Conspiracy of the Day on if FDR knew of the planned attack on Pearl Harbor before it happened. Frank wraps up the show giving his NFL picks for the week.
