The Lord’s name is to be revered and treated with honor in the highest measure. Sadly, in our day, God’s name has been reduced to curse word and treated with contempt by many in our society. Considering the 3rd commandment, reminds us that daily, we should speak his name with the greatest care; showing respect and guarding our lips of irreverence.
