In this episode of Stayin’ In & Vibin’ Out, I’m sharing how doing the inner work and healing completely changed the way I view other people’s words, actions, and opinions. I talk about how shadow work helped me realize that not everything is personal, and that many of the negative, backhanded, or condescending comments we receive are often a reflection of someone else’s unresolved pain, insecurities, or lack of healing.

I also share a personal story about navigating relationships with friends and family whose words made me question myself until I realized their negativity wasn’t really about me, it was about what my growth and healing reflected back to them.
