Josh Sillitoe is a certified therapist here in Southern Nevada. He was a guest on our show in episodes 45 & 69. He discussed some of the issues people are facing and gave us suggestions to help us through these difficult times. This episode is no different, Josh tackled the very hard subject of losing a loved one. The death toll from this pandemic has increased over the last couple of months, nationwide. There are many saying good-bye to loved ones for the last time. This is not an easy subject to get into, but Josh gives us some great insight into how we can manage and find peace within ourselves. If you have lost a loved one, our thoughts are with you, we know it isn’t easy. Adam & Eric always enjoy having Josh on the show and are grateful for his time. This will be our last episode of 2020, Adam & Eric will be taking the rest of the year off to spend time with family during this holiday season. We hope you are doing the same. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

Marcus Sorensen is the Founder & CEO of Blue Coolers, based out of Utah. They make a rugged outdoor cooler tough enough to handle whatever is thrown at it. Marcus and his team live very active lives and wanted to make a product that could handle their lifestyle. They turned to direct sales to move their product. Eric & Adam talked to Marcus about how he did this and why this was the best way to start a business in the very competitive cooler market with very big name brands on the self. How are they holding up to those big names? The guys also talk about how his business has grown in a pandemic and what changes you need to make in today's market to find success. John Arena is a founder of Metro Pizza in Las Vegas, along with his cousin Sam Facchini. They left New York and moved to Las Vegas, in a borrowed car, to start a small pizza business back in 1980. Since those early days, they started The Pizza Olympics (1984), The International Pizza Exchange (1987), The World Pizza Spinning Championships (1990), and The National Pizza Hall of Fame (1999). They were also named National Pizza Operators of the Year (1986) and Nevada Restaurateurs of the Year (1999). Eric & Adam were truly inspired by John's devotion to not just making a great pizza (which he does) but to make a pizza experience a memorable time. The guys will never eat a pizza the same way again. We are sure you will feel that same way after you listen to this episode. So, order your favorite pizza, sit back, and enjoy this episode.

The guys were in studio alone, but had the pleasure of chatting with Jennifer Winder via Zoom. Jennifer fell in love with cooking when she was 4 years old. She has since managed 3 commercial kitchens, her own catering business, and even created a Make it Keto cookbook that many keto lovers are enjoying. Currently, keto is her passion in the kitchen. They talk about some misunderstandings of keto and how it can become a life style, not just a diet. There are so many other health benefits with keto, not just fatloss. We hope you enjoy the show as much as we did. As always, thanks for sharing our podcast with you friends, and for your support.
