  • S2 Ep.4 - Mindful Monday’s - Alignment>Time
“In this episode, listeners are encouraged to reevaluate their life from a perspective that prioritizes alignment over time. Listeners are presented with the argument that alignment is a far more critical factor than time when it comes to the manifestations or lack thereof in terms our personal life goals and milestones. In other words, whether one is struggling with discovering their purpose or calling in life, having difficulty finding a partner for a long term relationship, and/or confused about whether to buy a home, have children, or any other milestone, one must understand that time alone may not necessarily be the impeding factor or resolution to these common concerns. Rather alignment, particularly alignment of the mind, body, and soul can provide us with perspective to see how our decisions in life can act as a catalyst or a boundary for our desired outcomes at different stages of our lives. The hope is that listeners can walk away knowing that while time is important in most areas of our lives, alignment is much more relevant and can provide us with the patience and peace of mind when we are trying to bridge the gap between where we are and where we want to be in our lives.”
