Season 14, Episode 19 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Wednesday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about what all Pittsburgh Steelers HC Mike Tomlin had to say during his Tuesday press conference.

We go over the main talking points from what Tomlin said and that includes his thoughts on several rookies, preparations to play the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, overall health of the team, and much more. We also talk about the latest on 49ers EDGE Nick Bosa and his current situation related to his contract and him possibly not playing on Sunday against the Steelers on Sunday.

The Steelers brought in a few players for workouts recently, so Alex and I quickly go over that list of four. We also briefly discuss former Steelers TE Zach Gentry signing with the Cincinnati Bengals as a practice squad player.

Later in this show, Alex reveals his 2023 stat predictions for several Steelers players on both sides of football. We pour over those stats and that produces a few minor discussions in the process.

We review a few updates on Steelers players related to their contracts. Specifically, we cover the contracts of WR Gunner Olszewski and CB Desmond King II. I also provide a quick 2023 salary cap update on the Steelers with the start of the 2023 regular season now just a few days away.

Season 14, Episode 18 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Monday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers and their 2023 season about to get underway next weekend. We discuss the team rounding out their 16-man practice squad on Saturday and a few players on that unit that intriguing.

Will the San Francisco 49ers have edge rusher Nick Bosa signed in time for their Week One game against the Steelers on Sunday? We discuss that topic and whether Bosa might be on a snap count for that game if he does sign a new contract soon.

Alex and I address the concern level we have when it comes to Steelers offensive coordinator Matt Canada ahead of the 2023 regular season getting underway.

In the second part of this show, Alex and I have a Steelers 2023 roundtable discussion with Josh Carney and Joe Clark. We get their thoughts on assorted topics concerning the 2023 Steelers. We discuss the offseason, concerns, strengths, weaknesses, top rookies, and even cover a few over/under predictions when it comes to a few players such as QB Kenny Pickett, RB Najee Harris, and WR George Pickens.

We close out our roundtable discussion with Josh and Joe by getting their record predictions for the 2023 Steelers. We also get them to predict whether the 23023 Steelers will win a playoff game this season and if the Super Bowl window is now slightly open. Season 14, Episode 17 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Friday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers already shuffling their initial 53-man roster for the 2023 season by waiving P Braden Mann and signing CB Desmond King.

The Steelers have now almost filled their 16-man practice squad to start the 2023 season, so Alex and I go over the 14 potential members of it as of Friday morning. We also discuss what the remaining vacant spots might be from a positional standpoint.

With King now a member of the Steelers, Alex and I go over his recent tape and where he seems to best fit on defense moving forward. We also review why the Houston Texans likely parted ways with King a few days ago.

The Steelers reportedly restructured the contract of WR Gunner Olszewski recently, so we pass along what we know and don't know about that transaction as of Friday morning.

What does the next offseason hold for Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth when it comes to his contract situation? Alex and I attempt to answer that question and what his market value might be next offseason on the heels of two other young NFL tight ends signing extensions this offseason.

Alex and I then go over the Steelers initial list of potential free agents next offseason.
