Season 13, Episode 131 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Wednesday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about some recent transactions made by the Pittsburgh Steelers that have been made official by the team. Those include the claiming of defensive lineman Manny Jones off waivers and defensive lineman Renell Wren being placed on the Reserve/Injured list.

The Steelers are reportedly expected to sign a few players to their offseason roster ahead of the team's first OTA practice next week and that list should include quarterback Mason Rudolph and wide receiver Hakeem Butler, just to name a few. We talk about the surprise potential return of Rudolph and what that might mean when it comes to the quarterback room. We also discuss if the return of Rudolph means anything when it comes to quarterback Mitch Trubisky.

As for Butler's expected addition, we talk about his career to date and his roster chances. We also discuss the other XFL player, cornerback Luq Barcoo, the Steelers are expected to officially sign in the coming days.

Free agent inside linebacker Kwon Alexander reportedly visited Pittsburgh this past week so Alex and I discuss his situation and the kind of player that he is at this point of his NFL career.

Late in this show, the news breaks that the Steelers will be releasing veteran cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon, so we discuss that expected transaction fully.

Season 13, Episode 130 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Monday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell wanting to get in the boxing with a former NFL player. We obviously have an idea of who that player is, and we discuss if we would pay to see such a fight.

The Steelers 2023 rookie minicamp took place over the weekend, so Alex and I give a quick update on that event based on what little information surfaced from it. We also talk about a rookie undrafted free agent running back the team signed coming out of that camp.

The Steelers signed four members of the team's 2023 draft class over the weekend, so we discuss that news. We also talk about how more moves are on the horizon.

Rookie offensive lineman Spencer Anderson has position flexibility that might come in handy, so we discuss him for a little bit. We also talk about roster chances of running back Master Teague III, who was one of just five first-year players that took part in the Steelers rookie minicamp over the weekend.

Alex recently wrote about the Steelers potentially using a big empty offensive scheme some in 2023 so we recap his thoughts on that topic later in this show as well.

Season 13, Episode 129 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Friday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers 2023 schedule that was released Thursday evening.

We go over the schedule game by game and discuss what sticks out both positively and negatively. We make sure to highlight two key stretches that stick out in the team's 2023 schedule as well.

The Steelers 2023 rookie minicamp gets underway on Friday, so Alex and I preview that annual event and also go over the roster that was released, which includes a few tryout players we failed to identify since the draft took place. We also discuss XFL wide receiver Hakeem Butler not being on the rookie minicamp roster.

The Steelers have now signed one of their seven 2023 draft picks so we discuss that news and talk about how most of the class should be inked to their four-year rookie contracts by Sunday night.

Steelers general manager Omar Khan had a long radio interview on Thursday, so Alex and I make sure to recap all the noteworthy comments that he made and there were a lot of them.
