Wine: 2018 Llamas Family Carneros Chardonnay

100% Chardonnay from Napa Valley's Buhman Ranch in the Carneros AVA. Lime zest, white stone fruit and pineapple rind lead into subtle floral aromas. On the palate, the lively, medium-light body is wrapped in layers of white peach, under-ripe pear and apricot. The length shows hints of green grass and fresh herbs. This lean and bright wine is accessible now but has great aging potential for those who favor cellared whites like the great wines of Burgundy. 

BIO: 

Aly is a recovering "lost girl" and perfectionist. Goodbye people pleasing, hello manifestation. The labels she happily identifies with are Wife, sister, daughter, child of God, model, blogger, and woman in tech. 

She has spent the last 5 years going from "I don't belong here" to "let me create what I want and need". Aly is an all around advocate, a twice a year wine drinker, and avid manifester. While her position is within software now, she will soon be transitioning to protect our brown and black brother's, sister's, and babies from America's corrupt legal system. 

Aly prides herself in maintaining a transparent social media presence. From her struggles growing up "other" to having a healthy relationship and life after abuse to bigoted family member's. She's not afraid to speak her piece with a smile.
