Where in your life do you need better deliberate practice?
Deliberate Practice
Three categories.
First: Create well defined goals. (measure progress, which produce a feedback loop.)
Second: Reverse engineering. (studying the best practices of others, then adopting them and adapting them to your unique situation.)
Third: Effort. (near-maximal effort, which is neither fun nor easy.)
“There is no point at which performance maxes out and additional practice does not lead to further improvement.”
➡️ Anders Ericsson ⬅️
So how do you win the day?
Be deliberate in all that you do.
Set a goal.
Measure progress.
Take time to reflect.
Study others who are currently winning in what you are trying to accomplish.
Lastly. Give it all you got.
In fact give it more than you have.
I believe you are one thought, one word, and or one action away from making your life and the lives around you better than yesterday.
