There are things in our lives that we have the power to change but we don't do it. We let pride and stubbornness keep us in a chokehold. We dare not utter the words you hurt me. When we are weak that is when we are strong according to God. We say we want to be better, do better, and not react to things the way we do. We know that there are things we are holding on to for dear life and we need to release them. I encourage you today to breathe out the negative and soak in this worship experience. After you finish listening today go ahead and do those things that you know God has directed you to do because they are holding you up from moving forward. In order to get Godly results, there must be an implementation of Godly actions and this will lead to change.

A podcase about hope and redemption. We all need help at one time or another in our lives but we must open up our mouths and ask for it. Don't stay in the cycle of being comfortable with those damaged emotions, abuse or dysfunction, and let's be free. Have enough faith in yourself to move forward and not use your past experiences as an excuse to stay there. Let's pluck up, and dig out all of those negative emotions so you can be healed and free from them. You can go through the motions but you know you still have some work to do. Are you ready to make a change in your life? We say we want to change, we want to go to the next level, we are ready to stop hiding, we will no longer fear or allow others to keep us in a box but we don't do the necessary work to make the changes. I am sharing five steps with you that you can use in any area of your life. We have to acknowledge what we need to change. Put our voice to what needs to be changed. Begin to speak it into the atmosphere. We must forgive ourselves and forgive others. Then we are going to expose to the world what we are going to change for the better. We will expose our truth to inspire and be a blessing to others. 

If you change your words you will be amazed at what changes in your life. Your mindset, attitude, situations, health, and faith will change. Meditate on God's Word and His goodness. "Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful." (Hebrews 10:23) We must boldly speak and declare Gods' Word over our lives and not doubt, fear, sickness, or lack. You shall have what you say because life and death are in your tongue. No matter what it looks like or feels like speak Gods' Word! Every time we agree with the enemy by speaking lies to ourselves we have just lied. Why do I say that? Anything that is opposite of God's Word is a lie. Let's speak the truth and watch God work in our lives. I can't do it for you but I can encourage you to walk in who you have been called to be. Rise up, be bold, speak up, and let God hear you agreeing with His Word. If you change your words you will change your life. Let's become ANEW You!

We are going in on how do children express their trauma, why are you living an alternative lifestyle, Christians not talking to their children who have chosen an alternative lifestyle, we are talking about family secrets, drugs, alcoholism and we are laying it all out there in this discussion.
