Listen in as I am being interviewed by Angel Charmaine as I share my story. We discuss my book and I enjoyed this interview with Angel. She was very surprised by one of my responses to her question. We talked about those family secrets. We have to stop hiding things and sweeping them under the rug. It's time to dismantle the lies of the enemy and tell the truth. Let's not continue to pass our issues, hurts and failures to our children. Parents and adults let's stand up and tell the truth.

John 3:16 tells us, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life". "As it is written: “There is none righteous, no, not one" Romans 3:10; "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God". Romans 3:23 God loves everyone but he hates sin. No one is exempt from sinning and that is why we can confess our sins to God and be forgiven. It does not matter what you have done and God is waiting on you. The only reason anyone would not go to heaven is because they have not accepted Jesus. Will you make Jesus your choice today?

When you expose your truth you are no longer hiding and you are shedding light on what you have been through. As you share your story with someone you trust you are releasing everything you have been holding on to. You begin to feel lighter because you are dumping it all out of your mind, your heart and soul. You will eventually gain your voice and authority back as well. Don't let anyone hold you hostage to keeping their secret. Give it back to them by telling the truth so you can be free. In order to be free you must expose your truth so your healing process can begin. 

Have you ever been so thirsty that all you wanted was a cold glass of ice water? There are times that our body is dehydrated and craves for water but we tend to eat food instead. We may be thirsty and we reach for all of those sugary drinks instead. After drinking what our taste buds desire to have; instead of drinking the water; our body still craves for water. Just as our physical body craves and needs water our soul also craves for spiritual sustenance. Our soul longs for the living water. In John chapter 4 there is a story about a woman at a well who had a conversation with Jesus. Jesus told her I have water that once you drink it you will never be thirsty again. The woman desired to get the living water. Jesus was talking about a spiritual experience that would quench her desires. Do you have this longing within you today? We can go after things, possessions and people and we are still not content.  God desires to fill your thirst today. The question is will you let Him.
