In this podcast, Angelina describes how the Stepping Stones with Children programme offers tools and strategies to deal with issues, including: coming to terms with an HIV diagnosis during pregnancy; sharing HIV status with others – partners, family members, children; communication around domestic violence - against women and against children; understanding HIV; U=U, testing for HIV; staying engaged with health services; the importance of HIV treatment and adherence and quality of life issues. She describes the complexity of juggling all these with life, especially in the context of poverty, loss of self-esteem, - and the importance of having healthy relationships.
