Genesis, the book of 'Beginnings'. In this episode we examine the authorship, content and themes within the book. From the creation of the world, through prehistoric events, to the Fall and its implications for mankind. We look at the nature of God and how He initiated a plan of redemption in His covenant with Abraham, by promising that all the nations of the world would be blessed through his descendants. Finally we see how Joseph becomes a vital link, allowing Abrahams offspring enter Egypt and survive a great famine.
