This was an inspired action podcast! I woke up, struggled to get out of bed and then asked myself this 1 question and it changed the entire morning for me.

Do you wish you had more money? A stronger body? A better job? A caring spouse/partner?

It all starts with shifting who you are being because the current you has created this life you have. Now you want something different. To get that something different you need to change how you think, feel and act.

I got tired of hearing motivational speakers post on social media about how you just need to get up and do something. While I agree that action is necessary, I don't believe that motivation alone will get you anywhere. You need something more than that. You need something more than someone yelling at you to get up and move.

You need to believe it for yourself, to become that person you want to be, to reach that goal that you desire.

You can do it with motivation alone, which is like pushing a boulder up a mountain. Or you can use the tools I provide in this podcast and climb the mountain with climbing rope (and a friend).
