Frank played 6 different character in the tv series Steptoe * Son as well as Mr Russell in Steptoe Rides Again 1973.

Frank was best known for playing Captain Peacock in the TV sitcom Are You Being Served? And its sequel Grace & Favour and as Herbert "Truly" Truelove in TV sitcom Last of the Summer Wine.

In our latest Ep @mbbpod and I review the 1999 BBC radio remake of The Offer and we discover Harry Corbett`s 1962 tune "Junk Shop" and bemoan the lack of comedy songs nowadays.
