I’ve been working on the new podcast :) There’s now the addition of my ‘campfire’ series.
We talk about using your intuition, near-death events on the mountain, facing fears and quite a bit more. As always with my podcast, there’s practical stuff at the end for you to try.
Have a great day, there’s even a new intro - I think it’s quite catchy lol.

This meditation is designed to help you stay calm and focussed.
Get yourself comfy, either sitting ao laying down and just listen to the podcast for the next 20 minutes.

In this week's podcast, I talk about my own exploration into meditation and it's benefits.
There's also a really practical suggestion to help you get started. ;)
When I was 18 I could run a mile in 5.26 minutes... that changed...
I went to 14 stone... for me that's big.
Looking back I didn't realise the shape I had gotten into. I actually felt quite good about myself.
But when I was told I wouldn't run again... maybe I might be able to jog, if I was lucky.
I just decided to try.
I share my 3 simple exercise and diet tips in this episode.
You could really take advantage of this lockdown x
Are you having one of 'those' days?
