Only 5 episodes into the podcast, Steve suddenly died of a heart attack. Through their grief, Fitz and Tad decided to go ahead and release the podcasts in a series, and to complete the series with interviews and stories from many of the legends and friends Steve recorded and performed with, through the years. As Fitz says, "With so many credits to his career, the question isn't about who Steve worked with, it's about who DIDN'T he work with!"
