There has been an outcry towards the touchback rule that was on display in Browns vs. Chiefs, but our DBs don't mind the rule at all. You have to give defenses something! The guys also discuss what was like Drew Brees final game with the Saints plus Davante Adams vs. Jalen Ramsey. P2 and BMac look ahead to the conference championship matchups and then focus on Deshaun Watson and the possibility the Texans star QB is traded this offseason (30:00). Next we add a member to our team as 16-year pro Steve Smith Sr. joins All Things Covered (40:00). Steve breaks down the mutual respect he and Pat shared on the field and how we was able to motivate himself during games and in the offseason. He was a student of the game and breaks down some of his study habits before exploring the Los Angeles football scene, his time at Santa Monica Junior College and transfer to Utah. The Panthers Hall of Honor member remembers the team's Super Bowl run in 2003 and his stellar 2005 season. Then, the current NFL Network analyst and podcast host addresses his transition into media and breaks down the Ravens offense and Lamar Jackson. Of course we have to hit Superlatives as we learn the best QB Steve played with along with his top players under 5'10 in NFL history.
