Eve Horne is a singer, songwriter, and producer and can boast the most played Christmas song in Denmark as one of her own. Getting her start as a performer in the girl band JUICE, Eve has more recently focused her efforts on songwriting, producing and teaching others how to build these skills. In 2020, Galvanised by the knowledge that only 4% of music producers are women or non-binary, Eve set up a campain titled The Unheard to raise awareness of this gender disparity. In this episode we cover the importance of shared leadership to create equity and how backing yourself is the key to success.
