Grandparents face a unique kind of heartbreak. They grieve the loss of their grandchild whilst watching their own child endure a pain they cannot take away.
On 22nd April 2025, Natasha and Finn's beautiful baby boy, Cian, was born sleeping.
In this episode, we're joined by Cian's grandmothers, Nicola (Natasha's mum) and Jo (Finn's mum), for an honest and deeply personal conversation about a grief that is so often overlooked. We explore the helplessness of watching your child suffer, the difficulty of finding space for your own grief, and what it means to support those you love whilst carrying your own heartbreak.
This conversation is an honest look at grief after baby loss, and a gentle guide for anyone wanting to better support someone through it.
