Fr Rob Galea and Danii look at the Sunday gospel reading for 1st Sunday of Lent, Matthew 4:1-11 and discuss the three temptations Jesus faced in the wilderness. And how these temptations might look in our lives. 

The topic this week is 'Stillness and Silence', and looks at the importance of taking time each day to be silent, still, and give ourselves the opportunity to hear what God is speaking to us in that silence.
