Hi Witches

This episode starts off with a book review for The Sin Eater written by Megan Campisi - a witchy fiction book and we delve into the historical Sin Eater tradition.

We also have the wonderful Kirsty on the podcast today who is the creator of Mindfully Crafted which blends her lifelong passion for craft with a keen interest in mindfulness practices. Inspired by folklore and the stories our ancestors would have shared while stitching together; among the kits you'll find selkies, deities and symbolism connecting us to the divine feminine. Each kit contains an affirmation to work with as you stitch to help infuse your mindful intention into your art. Unlike traditional embroidery patterns, the focus is not in perfecting the image but in embracing mistakes making the experience an act of self-love and compassion.

Just like so many practices within witchcraft stitchcraft is alchemy. Its our way as witches of taking the ordinary and making it magickal.
