SpaceX prices tonight. SPCX trades tomorrow. More than four times the available shares have been bid for, with over $300 billion in demand for a $75 billion offering. This midweek episode is your complete framework for Friday's open — and the macro developments that could define how the first day of trading actually unfolds.
Five segments this episode:
SpaceX 4X Oversubscribed — The order books closed Wednesday with demand exceeding $300 billion for $75 billion of shares. Pricing is tonight at $135. Morgan Stanley says SpaceX could generate $3.4 trillion in revenue by 2040. Google and Anthropic contracts anchor $26 billion in recurring revenue. Brandon breaks down how retail can get shares through Robinhood, Fidelity, Schwab, SoFi, and E*TRADE, the anti-flipping rules, and his exact framework for approaching the open — including the specific price levels that change the thesis.
Macro Dashboard — Full read on SPY, QQQ, IWM, VIX, oil, yields, and Bitcoin heading into the biggest IPO day in market history. The backdrop is more complicated than the hype alone suggests.
Iran Escalates — Tuesday night, the U.S. struck Iranian radar and surveillance sites near the Strait of Hormuz after Iran shot down an American Apache helicopter. Trump warned the next response will be "far worse." Iran threatened severe retaliation. The Strait of Hormuz is back in active risk territory, which means oil is back in play as a macro lever.
CPI 4.2% — Inflation hit its highest level since April 2023 this morning. Energy prices are up 23.5% year-over-year, gasoline up 40.5%. The headline is driven almost entirely by the Iran war's effect on energy. Core CPI held at 2.9%, which is the one soft spot. Brandon connects the dots between today's inflation print, the Fed's tightening bind, and how discount rates affect the SpaceX valuation directly.
Friday Watchlist — SPCX first-day trade and what the close price relative to $135 actually signals. Plus oil names on Iran escalation, MRVL bounce thesis, ASTS, and QQQ as the early proxy for Nasdaq-100 inclusion mechanics.

SpaceX debuts on the Nasdaq this Friday under the ticker SPCX. It's targeting a $1.75 trillion valuation and a $75 billion raise — the largest IPO in the history of capital markets. A viral piece published this week argues that retail investors are being set up as the exit liquidity. This episode tells you everything you need to know before Friday morning.
Five segments:
SpaceX Exit Liquidity — The full breakdown of how the Nasdaq cut its inclusion window to 15 trading days, how the Russell Index moved to 5 sessions, and how the S&P 500 may waive its profitability requirement — all of which forces passive index funds to buy SpaceX immediately after IPO. Insiders (except Musk, who is locked for a year) can start selling as early as August. SpaceX lost $4.3 billion in Q1 2026 and trades at over 100 times trailing revenue. Brandon breaks down the bull case AND the wealth transfer concern, and gives you a prep framework for Friday.
Macro Dashboard — S&P at 7,383. Nasdaq at 25,709. VIX spiked to 21.51. Bitcoin at $61K. Brent crude at $95 on Iran deal progress. Full tape read after the worst week in months heading into one of the most consequential weeks in market history.
The $1.8 Trillion Wipeout — Friday's session delivered the Nasdaq's biggest single point drop on record. Broadcom disappointed on AI outlook. Micron fell 13.3%. A hot jobs report — 172,000 payrolls vs an 80,000 estimate — spiked Treasury yields and reignited inflation fears. Brandon explains each piece and what it signals going into SpaceX week.
VOO Hits $1 Trillion — Vanguard's S&P 500 ETF became the first ETF in history to cross $1 trillion in assets, crossing the line June 2 with $69 billion in 2026 inflows. Brandon connects this directly to the SpaceX IPO: all of that passive money is about to be required to buy SPCX on index inclusion, which is exactly the forced-buying mechanism the exit liquidity argument is built on.
Economic Calendar and Earnings Watchlist — CPI on Wednesday is now critical after Friday's inflation signal. SpaceX prices Thursday, trades Friday. Full watchlist including Adobe, ASTS, MRVL, and AVGO.

Jensen Huang named Marvell the next trillion-dollar company at Computex this week. Marvell's stock posted its biggest single-day gain in 25 years. And as of today, the $25,000 pattern day trader rule — in place since 2001 — is officially eliminated. This midweek episode breaks down everything that matters.
Five segments:
Marvell's Quarter-Century Run — Jensen Huang's comments at Computex sent MRVL up 32.5% in one session. Backed by a $2 billion Nvidia investment and a blowout Q1 earnings report, Marvell is positioning itself at the center of the silicon photonics transition in AI data centers. Brandon breaks down the thesis, the valuation, and how high this can realistically go.
Macro Dashboard — Full read on SPY, QQQ, IWM, VIX, Bitcoin, crude oil, and the 10-year yield. The S&P is at all-time highs with RSI flashing overbought. Nonfarm Payrolls on Friday will set the tone for Fed expectations going forward.
Optical Stocks — This is the AI infrastructure trade almost nobody is covering. Applied Optoelectronics is up 441% this year. Lumentum up 166%. Coherent up 97%. Huang's "use copper where you can, optics where you must" line at Computex sent all three ripping again. Brandon breaks down the sector, the key names, and the risks.
PDT Rule Is Dead — The $25,000 pattern day trader minimum is gone as of today, replaced by a risk-based intraday margin framework. About 95% of day traders still lose money.
Earnings and Economic Calendar — CrowdStrike just reported with record ARR growth and a 4-for-1 stock split announcement. Broadcom reports tonight. ADP on Wednesday. Nonfarm Payrolls on Friday. Full preview and watchlist.

A rocket exploded at Cape Canaveral on Thursday night, and by Friday's close, almost $8 billion in space stock market cap had evaporated. That's the headline — but this week's market prep goes much deeper.
Five segments this episode:
HUBC — HUB Cyber Security surged 350% in a single Friday session after three major SEC ownership filings revealed investors holding between 9.9% and 35.1% of the company. The market cap is under $200,000. Brandon breaks down what ownership filings actually mean, the low-float momentum mechanics behind the move, and why this kind of story is a lesson more than a trade.
Macro Dashboard — S&P 500 at 7,580, Dow at 51,032, VIX at 15.35. Full read on SPY, QQQ, IWM, oil near $100, and the 10-year yield heading into the most important economic data week of the month.
Broad Market Strength — It's no longer just about mega-cap tech. Industrials, healthcare, financials, and international markets are all contributing to gains in 2026. Brandon breaks down why that kind of broad participation makes this rally more durable — and where the best non-tech setups might be.
Blue Origin's New Glenn Explodes — The second failure in two months wiped out nearly $8 billion in space stock value. ASTS dropped 15%. Deutsche Bank downgraded. Amazon's Project Kuiper timeline is now in serious question. Brandon breaks down the damage, who is most affected, and whether this changes the SpaceX IPO spillover thesis.
Jobs Week + Earnings Watchlist — ISM Monday, JOLTS Tuesday, ADP Wednesday, and Nonfarm Payrolls Friday. Broadcom and CrowdStrike both report this week. Full preview of the setups and what to watch.

The S&P 500 was down 7% at the end of March — it's now up 9% on the year. Wall Street is using the word "melt-up" and the biggest strategists are racing to raise their targets. But melt-ups always end. This midweek check-in breaks down what's real and what to watch.
Five segments this episode:
The Melt-Up Thesis — Yardeni just raised his S&P 500 target to 8,250. JPMorgan sees a path to 8,000. Brandon breaks down what a melt-up actually means, what's fueling it — earnings breadth at 4-year highs, AI momentum, collapsing volatility — and what could flip the tape fast.
Macro Dashboard — Full read on SPY, QQQ, IWM, VIX, crude oil, and the 10-year yield going into a compressed 4-session holiday week with major data on Thursday.
Micron (MU) — This chip maker was worth $70 billion a year ago. It just crossed $1 trillion in market cap after an 18% single-day surge. UBS tripled their price target. HBM capacity is sold out through 2026. Revenue is up 196% year-over-year. And the forward P/E is still 8x. Brandon breaks down the bull case, the cycle risk, and whether the easy money is already gone.
Momentus (MNTS) — A micro-cap space infrastructure company almost nobody was talking about tripled in two days. Real revenue, insider buying by a former astronaut, SpaceX IPO tailwind, and a fresh $25M capital raise. We explain what's driving it and how to think about the risk.
Earnings and Economic Calendar — Thursday is a 90-minute data bomb: Q1 GDP revision, Core PCE inflation, durable goods, and jobless claims all at once. Plus major earnings from Salesforce, Marvell, Costco, Dell, and Zscaler. Everything to know before you trade.

The Iran peace deal is "largely negotiated" — and if the Strait of Hormuz reopens, oil markets move. This is your complete Sunday prep before the market opens Monday.
In this episode, Brandon breaks down five segments built for investors who want to go into the week with a plan:
The Iran Deal — What Trump's announcement actually means for crude oil, energy stocks, and market risk. We cover both scenarios: deal closes vs. talks stall.
Macro Dashboard — Full read on SPY, QQQ, IWM, VIX, Bitcoin, crude oil, and the 10-year yield, with context on where the market stands heading into a data-heavy week.
Quantum Computing — This sector crossed $1 billion in annual revenue in 2025 and analysts project it hitting $4.4 billion by 2028. Brandon breaks down the pure-play names and the safer indirect ways to get exposure.
Cybersecurity — Global cybersecurity spending is on track to exceed $200 billion annually by 2028, and several strong names are trading at a discount right now. We cover the thesis and the tickers.
Earnings + Economic Calendar — Key reports this week from Zscaler, Salesforce, Marvell, Costco, Dell, and AutoZone. What to watch in each report and what it signals for broader sector health.
Come in with a plan. Let's get it.

This is one of the most news-dense midweeks of 2026 — and Brandon breaks it all down in under 35 minutes.
Five things moving markets right now:
1. Trump-Xi Summit (Beijing, May 14-15) — The two most powerful leaders in the global economy are face-to-face. Tariffs, Iran, AI guardrails, and rare earth exports are all on the table. Musk, Cook, Fink, and the Boeing CEO traveled with Trump. The most likely outcome is a limited deal, not a grand bargain — but any signal on tariff levels or Iran cooperation could move tech and energy names sharply.
2. Macro Check-In: SPY, QQQ, VIX, Bitcoin — The S&P 500 hit record highs above 7,300 on a six-week winning streak. QQQ near 52-week highs. VIX around 18. Bitcoin holding near $80,600. But CPI came in at 3.8% YoY — hotter than expected — and PPI accelerated to +1.4% MoM. The rate cut conversation is effectively closed for 2026. Brandon reads the tape.
3. Kevin Warsh Confirmed as Fed Chair — The 54-45 Senate vote was the most partisan confirmation in Fed history. Warsh takes over from Powell with a "regime change" mandate — tighter Treasury coordination, balance sheet reduction, and a stated belief that rates can move lower. Powell stays on as governor. First Warsh-led FOMC: June 16-17. Brandon explains what this transition actually means for everyday investors.
4. Cerebras IPO ($CBRS) — The AI Chip Trade's Biggest Bet Yet — Priced at $185/share, raising $5.55 billion, 20x oversubscribed. Cerebras designs AI inference chips built around a wafer-scale engine that packs 4 trillion transistors on a single processor — a direct challenge to NVIDIA's dominance. The risks are real: 86% of revenue from two UAE customers. But if this IPO pops, it's a clear signal the AI buildout trade has another leg.
5. Economic Calendar & Earnings — CPI and PPI already printed hot this week. Retail Sales hit Thursday, UMich Sentiment Friday. Cisco just reported a record quarter ($15.8B revenue, +12% YoY) on AI networking demand. Applied Materials reports Thursday — the semiconductor capex bellwether with an 8.7% expected move.

The Iran-US ceasefire officially became "nominal" this week — per Iran's own Foreign Ministry — after both sides traded fire near the Strait of Hormuz on Thursday. Iranian forces targeted three US destroyers with missiles, drones, and small boats. The US responded with self-defense strikes on Iranian bases. Meanwhile, more Iranian missiles and drones struck the UAE, and approximately 1,600 ships remain trapped in the strait with no resolution in sight. We break down where negotiations stand, whether the peace framework is salvageable, and what the oil and energy trade looks like heading into the week.
Markets, improbably, hit all-time highs on all three major US indices. The S&P 500 hit 7,398, the Nasdaq reached 26,247, and the Russell 2000 set its own record at 2,861 — with Bitcoin breaking $80,000. VIX closed at 17. Oil came down to $95, from a peak of $115 just two weeks ago. We scan every major index for what these levels signal heading into a week loaded with macro data.
Intel reached a preliminary deal with Apple on Friday to manufacture chips for its devices — the product of over a year of intensive talks and, notably, active US government involvement to help broker the arrangement. INTC surged nearly 14% on the news, capping three consecutive weeks of 20%-plus gains — a feat that has never occurred in Intel's 55-year history as a publicly traded company. The stock is now up 175% in 2026. We assess what the deal actually means for Intel's foundry business, Apple's supply chain strategy, and whether the stock still has room to run.
We also cover the smaller tech earnings that flew under the radar this week. Atlassian raised its annual guidance, Twilio posted its fastest revenue growth in three years, AppLovin delivered a 78% operating margin, and Supermicro surged 24.5% on strong results. The SaaS re-acceleration thesis is gaining real momentum — we break down which names look most compelling.
We close with the week ahead: CPI on Tuesday is the first major inflation print under the Warsh Fed. PPI and Retail Sales follow Thursday. And Friday, May 15, Kevin Warsh officially takes over as Fed Chair. Nvidia earnings come the following Wednesday, May 20. Walmart reports May 22. We lay out what to watch, what to ignore, and how to be ready.
