For so long, I thought freedom meant changing my circumstances, running from environments, chasing the next goal… but the real cage was internal. I break down the three invisible forces that quietly keep us stuck, and how mastering them is the true path to liberation. This isn't about spiritual aesthetics or self-improvement trends.
