  • Why People Hate to See You Win

A guy I went to school with sent me voice notes mocking the suit I wore at our live event in London — telling me I looked like a Roblox character and that no amount of money could make him embarrass himself like that. Rather than taking it personally...I laughed. And then it gave me three things worth talking about: what my reaction revealed about how far I've come, what's often going on for the person doing the mocking, and what it costs us when we let the fear of being laughed at decide how we live.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

    1. Your reactions are evidence of your growth. We look for proof of change in our achievements and circumstances, but the clearest evidence is how you respond to the things that once would have derailed you. Growth isn't immunity to other people's opinions — it's their opinions no longer carrying authority over how you see yourself.
    2. Their reaction is about their relationship with themselves. Two people can see the same thing and one looks for a reason to tear it down. Sometimes we ridicule in others what we haven't had the courage to pursue ourselves — it's easier than asking what someone else's choices reveal about our own.
    3. Decide you're willing to be seen trying. There will always be someone who doesn't understand what you're doing, and you can't build a life around preventing that. When we shrink to avoid judgement, we don't just limit ourselves — we deny the people who needed what we were going to create.

    HOST BIO

    I'm Summer,

Since the age of eleven, I have been captivated by the question of what it truly means to live well. That curiosity led me deep into the worlds of self-development, spirituality, psychology, philosophy, and human potential, always searching for a deeper understanding of life and the human experience.

Like everyone else, I am still learning. Still evolving. Still discovering. But along the way, I have encountered ideas, perspectives, and principles that have profoundly shaped the way I see the world and navigate my own journey.

Inner Wealth was born from that exploration. It is a space where I share the most meaningful insights, lessons, and truths I have uncovered, with the intention of helping others think more deeply, live more consciously, and create a life of greater fulfilment, purpose, and prosperity.

At the core of everything I do is a simple intention: to contribute something meaningful and leave people a little wiser. Ultimately, my purpose is to be of service to humanity.

  • Become The Prayer

What if prayer was never meant to live only in the moments we close our eyes and ask? I've been noticing that the more present and intentional I am with whatever is in front of me — the work, the task, the person — the more connected I feel to something greater than myself. In this episode I'm sharing why prayer doesn't end when the words do, and what shifts when you stop only asking for the life you want and start becoming the channel for it.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

    1. Prayer doesn't end when the words do. It's the opening, not the whole thing. The way you work, the way you treat people, the intention you bring to the task in front of you — that's prayer lived rather than spoken.
    2. Devotion is in the details no one sees. The care you take with something nobody will notice, the attention you give someone when you've got a hundred other things on your mind — the difference can't be seen, but it can be felt.
    3. Become the thing you're asking for. If you're praying for love, how are you giving it? If you're asking for impact, are you serving the people already in front of you? When you live in alignment with what you're praying for, you stop unconsciously working against it.

  • The Violent Collapse of Who You Were

What if the season you think is destroying your life is actually destroying the version of you that can't take you any further? We love talking about the breakthrough — the clarity, the quantum leap, who we become on the other side. We don't talk about the part before that, where your identity starts slipping and you question everything you thought you knew about yourself. In this episode I'm sharing why that collapse isn't you falling apart, it's you falling together.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

    1. The descent isn't the opposite of the journey — it is the journey. We've been conditioned to think progress always looks like moving forward, but sometimes it looks like losing all certainty first.
    2. Your story isn't your truth. We repeat the explanations we've built for our lives until they stop feeling like stories and start feeling like facts — and then they decide what we believe is possible.
    3. You can't become someone new while preserving who you've always been. The uncertainty doesn't mean you've lost yourself. It means the old way of understanding yourself no longer fits the vision.

  • Clarity Isn't the Answer

We've been fed a lie about clarity — that we need the full plan before we're allowed to move. But how are you supposed to be clear on something you've never tried? In this episode I'm sharing why clarity is the reward for action, not the requirement for it, and why the life you want isn't waiting at the point of certainty.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

    1. Clarity comes through movement. It's the result of doing, not a prerequisite for it. One step reveals the next.

    2. The first step doesn't have to make sense. It's there to disrupt the pattern — clarity rarely arrives while you're sitting in the energy that created the problem.

    3. Staying still should scare you more. Taking the leap is frightening, but another year in the same place is the bigger risk. Courage creates movement.

  • Why Does the Inner Work Matter?

Last week I talked about how successful people are relentless. This week I want to add something: you can be relentless and still stay completely stuck if you're relentless about the wrong things. In this episode I'm talking about the difference between busy and moving, what's really underneath the avoidance, and why the season where nothing looks like it's happening might be the most important one.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

    1. Busy isn't the same as moving. You can take action for years without moving forward — buying the courses, making the plans, staying productive — while avoiding the one uncomfortable thing that would actually change something.

    2. Avoidance isn't laziness, it's a belief. Underneath it is usually something like "I'm not worthy of this," "what if they judge me," or even "what if I succeed and everything changes." Until you deal with what's underneath, you'll keep circling the same cycle.

    3. You're not behind — you might be underground. Before a skyscraper goes up, they spend months digging. The depth of the foundation decides the height of the building, and you can't add a foundation to a finished one. Whatever you skip now becomes your ceiling later.

  • Success Belongs to the Relentless

For years I was obsessed with what made the greats the greats — the athletes, the artists, the people who built businesses that outgrew everyone else's. What I found wasn't talent or intelligence or some absence of fear. It was that they were willing to keep going long after everyone else had stopped. In this episode I'm talking about why success belongs to the relentless: the people who can see something before there's any evidence it will work, who stop waiting for permission, and who keep choosing it on the boring days nobody claps for.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

    1. You have to see it before the world does. The greats become so familiar with a reality that doesn't exist yet that staying the same is no longer an option. Visualising the outcome isn't the work — becoming the person capable of creating it is.

    2. Waiting for validation will cost you the vision. The life you're building will look irrational to people who haven't seen what you've seen. Stop asking "do you think I can do it?" and start asking "do I?"

    3. Relentless doesn't mean running yourself into the ground. You can rest, change strategy, admit something isn't working — what you don't do is negotiate with the commitment. Life is built through thousands of small choices that snowball into everything.

  • What If Your Words Aren't Just Words?

This week, we're stripping it back to the basics. Every word you speak is either blessing your life or cursing it — because your words don't just describe your reality, they participate in creating it. In this episode I'm sharing how a thought becomes a belief, becomes a behaviour, becomes the life you're living, and why the way you speak about your money, your health, your relationships and your future matters more than you think.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

    1. Your words create, they don't just describe. Everything physical begins as a thought — you give it energy, it becomes your language, and eventually it becomes your reality.
    2. What you repeat becomes your identity. "I'm terrible with money." "I'm just an anxious person." Every repetition teaches your mind what to look for and what to create.
    3. You can name a hard season without living there. "I'm going through a difficult period" describes an experience. "My life is always difficult" creates an identity — one leaves the door open, the other bolts it shut.

  • Listen to this if you feel like a lost soul

If you feel lost, disconnected or like you've somehow lost yourself, this episode is for you. Your soul isn't broken or lost, but a noisy, untamed mind can make you feel that way. In this episode, I explore the difference between the voice of fear, conditioning and external expectations, and the quieter voice of your intuition. Sometimes feeling lost isn't a sign that you've lost your way; it's your soul calling you back to yourself.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

    1. You haven't lost yourself. What feels like being lost or broken may actually be disconnection from your intuition and the direction your soul is guiding you towards.
    2. Learn to distinguish the mind from the soul. Fear, conditioning, people-pleasing and the opinions of others can be incredibly loud, while your intuition often speaks much more quietly.
    3. Feeling lost can be an invitation back to alignment. When you're living in alignment with who you're becoming, you may still experience fear and uncertainty, but there's a sense of energy, expansion and aliveness behind your choices.

  • The Final Stage of Spirituality

For a long time, spirituality can feel like a process of letting go — of attachment, material things, status and the need for more. But what if the deeper stage of spirituality isn't about escaping the human experience at all? In this episode, I explore what it means to want deeply, pursue an extraordinary life and enjoy everything this world has to offer, without allowing any of it to define your worth.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

    1. Non-attachment doesn't mean having no desires. You can want money, love, success, travel or an extraordinary life without needing those things to prove your worth.
    2. Detachment can sometimes be avoidance in disguise. If we stop ourselves from wanting anything because we're afraid of failure, disappointment or loss, that isn't necessarily freedom — it may be another form of attachment.
    3. Desire can be a portal to growth. What you want isn't always just about receiving the outcome. Sometimes your desires are pointing you towards the person you're being called to become in the process.

  • When the Lesson Comes Back

When an old pattern or familiar lesson comes back into your life, it can feel like you've gone backwards. But maybe you haven't. Maybe you're being given the opportunity to meet the same lesson as a different version of yourself. In this episode, I reflect on boundaries, outgrowing relationships and what it really means to level up. Because real growth isn't about never facing the same situation again — it's about responding differently when you do.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS

    1. You haven't necessarily gone backwards when an old lesson returns. Sometimes life brings familiar patterns back because you're ready to understand, embody or apply the lesson at a deeper level.
    2. Knowing what you need to do and actually doing it are two different things. Growth requires us to close the gap between the person we say we're becoming and the choices we make every day.
    3. Leveling up often requires uncomfortable endings. Holding a boundary, having a difficult conversation or releasing a relationship doesn't mean it wasn't meaningful. Sometimes it simply means you've grown beyond what once fit your life.
