In this first of 4 shorter summer episodes, I’m sharing something that’s come up a lot in conversations and messages from many of you – that feeling of being a bit lost, disconnected or just done with the pace and pressure of life.
If you're a midlife woman, possibly in peri or post menopause , or you're noticing emotional ups and downs that seem to come from nowhere, you’re not alone. I’ve been there too – wondering “Is this it?”, and feeling like I’d lost sight of who I really am underneath the roles I’ve been playing for years.
This episode is all about making space for yourself, even if just for a few minutes. I guide you through a simple grounding practice that helps me when I’m feeling overwhelmed, reactive or just not quite in my body. It’s something you can do anywhere, and it doesn’t take long – but it can really shift how you feel and calm your nervous system.
Whether you're someone who struggles with anxiety, overstimulation, overwhelm, emotional eating or just needs a pause in the day, this might be something worth trying, if it feels right for you.
