This week we were very lucky to have the wonderful Florrie Bark pop by the studio to help co-host the first half of the pod... and safe to say, she showed us how it's done!

Florrie had a mission to get a TikTok with the boys after meeting them at this year's Pride of Britain.... mission complete! She also told us all about her incredible charity @bemorefab and how it felt to win this year's Child of Courage award.
