Idolizing spending is bad, but so is idolizing frugality. To shift your mindset away from idolizing frugality: 1) stop shitting on how other people spend money, 2) check in with yourself how you feel when you're spending money, 3) have gratitude for your ability to spend and for where that money goes, and 4) check in with how you talk about frugality.
