We return to Opal City for Sins of the Child Part Three. Opal City, the O'Dare Family, and it's citizens are our main characters and we go along on their journeys that make up this arch. We get stunning art from multiple artists, who help add so much to these import characters in the Starman family. Opal City is one such character.

Then we go back in time to All-Star Comics #9, and talk about Ted's part in it's tale. It is very much a comic reflecting what was going on in the real world at that time. So some Nazi get punched.

Justice Society of America 5 brings the Degaton arch it's conclusion. Helana and JSAs from all over the time stream to prevent the Society of Degatons from changing it all. As it is when you mess with time, some heroes dissappear and some get stuck.

We say good by to Adventure Comics.  The final two issues take the team out into outerspace.  The stories a fun an are examples of the formula that had serve team during the 50s and 60s. I found them engaging it was nice to see Chemical King, Bouncing Boy, and Duo Damsel some of the limelight.

It's Ted's day in both the comics covered in this episode. First in Adventure Comics 71 Ted battles men from the Future and his old nemesis The Light. There needs to be more stories with those two battling it out. Then in Starman Volume 2 #13, an older Ted fights off Dr Phosphorous, recently grant greater powers from Neron, and proves his is not an old man.

We have hit the Steve Gerber era, and we get a crossover with the Thing in Marvel Two-in-One issues 6 and 7, then Defenders issue 20.  Valkyrie finds out more about Barbara Norris history and meet her Mom. Only to have to battle the Undying Ones again.  Then on to Defenders issue 21 and the first apprearance of The Headmen.
