I go to counseling; I see a shrink; I blab to a psychologist; I’m seeking guidance; I visit a headshrinker; I’m talking to someone; I’m getting professional help; I tell my ‘how does that make you feel’-ings; I lay down on the couch; or the one I actually tell people: I have a meeting.
