Over 8 million workers in the U.S. identify as LGBT. Spoiler alert: That's a lot! Yet, corporate America isn't very hospitable to this influential demo when it comes to work. In fact, a recent UCLA survey found 50 percent of LGBT employees are not 'out' to their supervisors, and 34 percent of LGBT have left their job due to treatment by their employers.
