I recently heard a phrase, “cool girls don’t drink anymore.” This week’s guest, author and coach, Kay Allison, would absolutely agree! 

Over the past year, I’ve been exploring my own relationship with alcohol, so I thought it would be excellent to talk to an expert, like Kay, to get some answers. And, as expected, she delivered!

The sober curious movement, has taken the social media world by storm. If you’re new to the term, sober curious, it’s usually defined as having the option to choose or change your drinking habits for health reasons (mental and physical). The movement encourages people to recognize the unhealthy habits associated with drinking.
