Annie, Ella & André recap LOTS of Spirit news! It may be the offseason but between national team callups, obscure player signings and the search for a third center back — the Spirits are keeping us busy!

Then, with national team camps being moved from California to Florida due to the ongoing devastating wildfires, we take a moment to share resources to help.

After, we celebrate the four players called up across the senior and futures invites, tell you all we know about new Spirits Deborah Abiodun, Emma Gaines-Ramos and Tamara Bolt! We also play a fun little game of 'who might be the next Spirit player converted to center back' since the first one went so well!
