Faith!
2 Timothy 2 vs 3: paraphrased- 'Enduring hardness' and then 'reaping the rewards'.This discussion on our log today is not only inspiring but it shows the place of faith  in a PhD Journey. Dr Kennie shares some of the lessons he has learned through his PhD journeys, yes you heard that right! Journeys . These are lessons through the Journeys of  two PhDs. What Tenacity!.  Some of the life lessons he shares with us are consistency, tenacity and yes resilience against all odds ("African resilience"),  as an international student in a foreign land, the odds of keeping your head up in the face of constant "victimization", the odds of coming from an educational system that might not have prepared you. But yet, you overcame, you conquered.  So many practical lessons and tips. Thanks for sharing your journey! You are truly an inspiration.
