She is a classically trained singer who decided to follow her passion for the arts to England to pursue acting.
 
Erica recently released a new solo album entitled Dreams which is every bit as ethereal as a dream and every bit as raw as Alanis Morissette.

In this episode, we discuss songwriting, art for healing purposes and what it is to find creativity and your voice inside and outside of the world of classical music.

Actor, Amber Jonas, joins us in this episode and shares her raw and emotional experiences with the arts and her health.

Amber began dabbling in theatre when she was a young girl as a means to help her overcome her shyness but what she didn't know was that it would become her life's passion and work. When Amber fell ill in her early 20's, theatre took on a healing role in her life once again and gave her purpose.
